As Owner’s Representatives, we assist property owners, investors, and developers by helping coordinate and monitor the construction process from the owner’s side. Our role is to support communication between the owner, contractor, design professionals, consultants, inspectors, and permitting agencies while helping track progress, documentation, inspections, potential issues, and overall project coordination. We are not the architect or engineer of record, we do not provide signed and sealed design services, and we are not acting as the licensed contractor responsible for means, methods, construction supervision, or code-required professional certifications. Our purpose is to protect the owner’s interests, improve organization, reduce confusion, and help the project move forward with better communication, accountability, and documentation.
