Our Legalization and Permit Running Services are focused on helping property owners, investors, contractors, and developers navigate the permitting process with better organization, follow-up, and coordination. We assist with after-the-fact permits, open permits, expired permits, violations, unpermitted work, permit research, application coordination, submittal tracking, agency communication, inspection follow-up, correction responses, and permit closure support. We are not a licensed architectural firm, engineering firm, attorney, code enforcement agency, or licensed contractor for the work being permitted or legalized, and we do not independently provide signed and sealed drawings, engineering calculations, legal opinions, construction certifications, or contractor means-and-methods responsibilities. When a permit or legalization requires architectural, engineering, structural, MEP, surveying, contractor, or legal services, those services are coordinated with the appropriate licensed professionals, including our architecture partner companies when architectural services are required. Our role is to help organize the process, coordinate the proper parties, reduce delays, track requirements, and support the project from permit intake through approval, inspections, and final closure.
