Our Building Design services are focused on helping property owners, investors, and developers develop clear, functional, and code-conscious design concepts for residential and commercial projects. We assist with space planning, layout development, existing-condition coordination, schematic design support, permit coordination, consultant coordination, and construction document preparation support when permitted by law. We are not a licensed architectural firm, we do not represent ourselves as architects, and we do not independently provide architectural services that require a licensed architect. For projects that require architectural services, signed and sealed drawings, code-required professional design, life-safety analysis, or other regulated architectural duties, we coordinate with our architecture partner companies, who provide those services under their own professional licenses and responsibilities. Structural engineering, MEP engineering, and other specialized design services are also provided by the appropriate licensed professionals when required. Our role is to support the design and permitting process, improve coordination, organize project information, and help clients move from idea to execution with better clarity, planning, documentation, and professional coordination.
